Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, WEEDO provides a straightforward warranty that is processed in the most hassle-free way.



  • WEEDO provides 1 year warranty for the printers, most of the parts on printer have 1 year warranty, some consumable parts on printer have 1 month warranty like nozzles, build plate, belt ect.
  • WEEDO provides 1 month warranty for accessories

All refund requests must be within fourteen (15) days from the delivery date. All exchange requests must be within thirty (30) days of the delivery date. Once the returned item arrives back in WEEDO’s warehouse for inspection, the refund and exchange process will begin.

  • Returns must include all original accessories and packaging
  • The printer wasn’t modified, including using the parts or firmware from the third party
  • Any failure or damage of the printer was not caused by buyer
  • For non-quality related warranty claims, buyer is responsible for shipping costs
  • For quality related warranty claims, WEEDO is responsible for shipping costs
  • Returns may be rejected if items do not meet the above requirements

Refund requests will expire after 15 days from the delivery. It is not possible to process a request for a refund for non-quality issues that have expired this 15-days window. Exchange requests will expire after 30 days from the delivery. It is not possible to process a request for a replacement for non-quality issues that have expired this 30-days window.



To return an item, please email customer service at to obtain the address information you need regarding of returning the products. Please place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return through a trackable method.

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow us at least 7 days after receiving the item to process your return. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

After the 30-day refund/exchange window has expired, your only recourse regarding the products is through our warranty.



Regarding defective or damaged products, please don't hesitate to contact us at the customer service channels below to acquire technical support, refund or exchange.


When contacting our customer service team, buyer must provide sufficient proof of purchase (order number from online purchases made through ELEGOO, Amazon or other ELEGOO's authorized resellers), tell us which product you purchased, and describe the problem as clearly as possible through text, images or short videos. This will help our team to process your inquiries and help you solve the problems more efficiently.


       Following Conditions Are Not Covered Under Warranty:

  • Products without sufficient proof of purchase
  • Lost or stolen products and free products
  • Items that have expired their warranty period
  • Non-quality-related issues (after 30 days of purchase)
  • Repairs through 3rd parties
  • Damage from outside sources
  • Damage from misuse of products (including, but not limited to: falls, extreme temperatures, water, operating devices improperly)
  • Purchases from unauthorized resellers
